Odenton/Gambrills, Ft. Meade, Severn, and Crofton

This beautiful area of the county is centrally located and provides easy access to Baltimore and Washington, DC via Amtrack or the light rail.  Here you will find Piney Orchard, the premier planned unit development with hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, a nature preserve, and lots of shopping areas.  You will find luxury single family homes, townhouses, and condominiums.  I have first-hand knowledge of this beautiful area as I lived in Piney Orchard for over six years.  The Ft. Crownsville and Davidsonville

If space and land are what you are looking for, this may be the area for you.  There are many fantastic communities available with larger than average homesites.  Quick access to Routes 50, 301 and 97 provide easy commutes to Annapolis, DC and Baltimore.  Crownsville is the home of the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds which houses many great events, the most popular being the annual Renaissance Festival. 

Pasadena, and Severna Park
